Region D Strategy 2022-2025

#feelthedee

The strategy refers to the plan and means to achieve long-term goals. With the strategy, we aim to clarify our direction and shared message, both within the chamber activities and externally, including towards our stakeholders.

Through the strategy, we aim to:

  • Strengthen the foundation for decision-making and support leadership.
  • Improve the quality and meaningfulness of activities.
  • Create a shared operating model and guidelines

Region D’s Strategy and Goals for the Strategic Period

Region D is geographically the largest area in Finland, characterized by a strong culture of community, success through collaboration, and a caring network. These values, along with our mission, vision, and the unique “Dee spirit”, provide a solid foundation for building strong and high-quality operations.

Below are the three strategic priorities for the period and their respective goals:

Strengthening Awareness
  • Enhance the brand and visibility of Junior Chamber International (JCI) activities in the region.
  • Actively communicate about the impactful initiatives of regional chambers.
  • Support chambers in their impactful efforts by organizing regional training sessions on topics such as communication, societal impact, and recruiting new members. Participation will also be enabled remotely.
Developing Partnerships
  • Share best practices and create common models to support chambers in acquiring and managing partnerships.
Impactful Project Work
  • Execute 100 impactful projects in the region during the strategic period.
  • Ensure that projects advance the national strategy and/or contribute to the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).

Monitoring the Strategy

The strategy has been detailed with measurable indicators. Tracking key figures and metrics is essential for guiding and improving operations, allowing us to adapt to changes within the strategic period as needed. The strategy and its metrics serve as the foundation for all activities and the annual operational plans.
