The JCI Code
The JCI Code of JCI Finland is a comprehensive set of guidelines that includes:
- Ethical guidelines
- Description of the anti-harassment contact person function
- Instructions on how to act in harassment situations
The JCI Code defines key aspects for the operation of JCI Finland in its ethical guidelines and reflects the values of the organization.
We emphasize that everyone should feel safe in JCI activities, which is why we have created guidelines for the role of anti-harassment contact persons as well as instructions on how to act in harassment situations.
The JCI Code applies to all members of Junior Chamber International Finland, including trial members, full members, honorary members, senators, JCI Finland Foundation donors, and partners. In this guideline, harassment refers to discrimination and harassment prohibited by the Equality Act, as well as any inappropriate behavior directed at another person.
